Cannock Chase CCG
Cannock Chase CCG was authorised in April 2013, taking responsibility from the former South Staffordshire Primary Care Trust. Our Vision, Values and Goals are consistent with Stafford and Surrounds CCG and South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG, and were agreed following engagement with clinicians, staff and members of the public. More detailed information about the CCG and its plans for the future can be found in the following documents:

The CCG is led by GPs from the area's 25 member practices and serves a population of 131,800 within the boundaries of Cannock Chase District Council (including Cannock, Rugeley and Heath Hayes) and the Huntington, Great Wyrley and Cheslyn Hay wards of South Staffordshire District Council.
With GPs acting as both providers and commissioners of NHS services, it is important for the public to clearly understand how any potential conflicts of interest are managed. Our Managing Conflicts of Interest page outlines the steps that the CCG takes to make sure that this happens.
The CCG also takes its responsibilities for equality and diversity very seriously. Our Equality and Diversity page will provide you with more information.
