Public invited to AGM

Public invited to Cannock Chase Clinical Commissioning Group's first Annual General Meeting

Health bosses in Cannock will hold their first Annual General Meeting (AGM) next month.

Cannock Chase Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will use their first meeting to report back on their first year as a statutory body, share their successes and outline the challenges facing the NHS locally.

The AGM is being held on Thursday September 4th, at The Aquarius Room, at the Aquarius Ballroom and Banqueting Suite in Hednesford, and will run from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.

As part of the meeting, the organisation's first ever Annual Report and Annual set of Accounts will be presented.

There will also be an opportunity for people to ask questions.

Chair of Cannock Chase CCG, Dr Johnny McMahon, said: "This is a great opportunity for the people of Cannock to hear about our first year as a statutory body, hear about what has gone well and what challenges we have faced.

"We will also talk about the future and take questions from the public so I'd urge people to attend, to come along and meet us."
