Cannock Chase Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) submitted its second Annual Report with final audited accounts to NHS England on Friday 29 May. The Annual Report covers the period from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.
As Clinical Commissioning Groups we are required to publish one single document which incorporates our Annual Reports and Accounts each year. The National Health Service Act of 2006 (as amended) requires CCGs to prepare these in accordance with directions issued by NHS England.
The Annual Report will be formally presented at our Annual General Meeting, which is taking place on Thursday 2 July 2015, from 6.30pm at the Aquarius Ballroom and Banqueting Suite in Hednesford.
