Stafford and Surrounds CCG, Cannock Chase CCG and South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG (Seisdon Peninsula only) are reviewing the support that adult patients (over 18s) with type I and type II diabetes receive, whether care is delivered in their GP practice, at local clinics or in hospital.

We would really welcome patients’ views at one of the following engagement sessions:

  • Wednesday 22 June, 2-3.30pm at County Buildings (Dining Room), Martin Street, Stafford, ST16 2LH
  • Wednesday 29 June, 2-3.30pm at Cannock Chase Council Offices (Esperance Room), Beecroft Road, Cannock, WS11 1BG
  • Thursday 30 June, 2-3.30pm at South Staffordshire District Council Offices (Members’ Room) Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX
